Our solicitor standards

You won’t be handed to whoever’s cheapest. Here’s the standard every solicitor we introduce is expected to meet.

What we look for

Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
Genuine, regular experience of first registration — not an occasional sideline
Clear, fixed-fee quotes given before you commit, in line with SRA transparency rules
Direct client contact — you work with the solicitor, not through us
Professional indemnity insurance, as required of regulated firms

How the introduction works

We introduce you; the solicitor is responsible for the legal work and for their own regulatory compliance. We may receive a fee for the introduction, which we’ll always be transparent about. You’re free to instruct any solicitor you wish.

Your protections

Because the work is done by an SRA-regulated firm, you have the protections that regulation brings — including the firm’s complaints procedure and, ultimately, the Legal Ombudsman for legal-service complaints.
