If you ask to proceed, we share the details necessary to introduce you to a solicitor. That solicitor becomes a separate data controller for the legal work and has its own privacy notice. We may receive a fee for the introduction.

We keep your enquiry data only for as long as necessary to provide the service you’ve asked for and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
